Perhaps the best way to describe this day
is long... or maybe even compartmentalized... Honestly, I feel as if this
legitimately could have been several days.
I have enough life content to post all week!
But tonight, as I finally found a few quiet
moments to dwell on Scripture, this is what stood out:
Psalm
42:8 "By day the Lord directs his love, at night his song
is with me— a prayer to the God of my life" (NIV).
This has been a day directed by love... a
night where the Lord's song sounds fabulous... a reminder that this should be
my prayer all the time... It is no superficial claim to call God the God of my
life... May it be so...
